Organizational Audits for
Trauma-Informed Practice

Once you know what's working well and where the gaps are in your organization's implementation of trauma-informed principles, we can tailor a strategy specific to your organization's needs and goals, and we can help you implement it every step of the way. Custom Therapeutic Groups & Programming
If your organization serves populations with high rates of trauma, you are likely familiar with the challenge of designing and running programming that doesn't inadvertently re-traumatize your clients. We can create targeted, trauma-informed programming of all kinds (therapeutic or otherwise) for your clients, and train your staff to run them. We also offer mini trauma and resilience audits to review your pre-existing programs.
DEI Change and Project Management
We know that sometimes organizations want to make meaningful DEI changes, but don't have the internal capacity to manage a major change project. That's where we come in. Using agile methodologies, we manage DEI change projects across departments, systems, and levels of an organizational structure, from the big picture all the way down to the details, all the while making sure your people have the resources and supports they need to make your change project a success.

Trainings & Workshops
If we're already working together on a change project or trauma-informed strategy, we can tailor custom trainings for you on various DEI and trauma-informed practice topics as part of an overall strategy. We particularly enjoy developing workshop series that support our clients to continue integrating and building on previous learning. (Please note that we only offer custom trainings to clients we already have a working relationship with, as it allows us to offer training specific to your particular context and needs.)
